Once upon a time, 2014 to be exact, on a recreational field in the middle of North Hollywood, California, a red-headed dancer from Florida and a charming Oklahoma actor crossed paths through mutual friends. Not much would come from this day apart from a hello and generic greeting. But a year later, the two found themselves head to head in the literal "throws" of a dart game on St.Patricks Day. 

After much ado about who won, who let who win, etc., it became clear that there was a connection. Not much long after, they were embarking on their first date: a hike through Malibu Creek Park. 

The setting: scenic as heck.
The energy: excited with a hint of nervousness.
The rotisserie chicken Bear packed for a romantic attempt at a picnic: literally the rankest chicken there ever was....
